Houston... we are in troubles!

I always say "I love to cook", I really enjoy to cook for my loved ones, but i don't know what happen in the last time because I don't wan t to cook :(... I just go to the kitchen to prepare some tea and C'est ça! I don´t want to do nothing else.

We (my sister and I) used to cook next day lunch, so she cooks one day and I cook the next one, but few days ago I really don't want to cook. I don't know how we (the kitchen and I) lost the beautiful conection we used to have, but I beggining to feel worried about it.

Do you have any ideas to go back to my cooking passion?

I'd say there's nothing to worry about. You probably had been cooking for so long, that now your system requests you a "detox". Another chance is that maybe you are putting on "cooking" some stressful issues you have with something else. It would worth to check on what's bothering you right now and deal with it.

In any case I suggest time. Rest, give cooking time, maybe just watch. Turn on Food Network and have fun with the Iron Chef America and Good Eats. May even consider doing only fun stuff, small and simple, like "Icecream Decadence". ^_^

Tal vez un poco de tiempo, no mucho... La inspiración volverá pronto... Creo que lo importante es no perder las ganas de tener ganas...
